Raijan recieved this scar by fighting an ancient demon when he was a human. The myth goes in that story that whoever becomes injured by the ancient demon and maybe able to live will posses half of its power and strength. That's what happened to Raijan. He is now half demon. He fought the demon when he was a part of a group called the "Stone Dragons". If Raijan kills the exact same demon that injured him, he will become the demon himself. The only thing is that he will still look like a human. All demons will fear him.
